Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Cost
- FREE Shipping on orders over $50
- Shipping charges for orders below $50 are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
HomeVerve is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
International Shipping
At this time, HomeVerve primarily ships within the United States.
We may expand to additional countries in the future.
